Yes believe it or not, this is my first blog post. It is officially time for me to start getting my word out there, and the best way to do that is use the internet, so here I am. I doubt there will be many people actually looking at this, but if you happen to see this, let me introduce my self some more, and lay out my plan for this website.
So firstly, I am that ugly smug looking guy on the left with the shiny helmet. Since this picture was taken, I have gotten some new stickers, and a little smoke flavoring on my helmet, and probably added a couple of pounds to my gut. But fortunately I haven’t become any uglier. I guess this also will be a political page, so onto how I land on the political spectrum. And I like to say that if it were a continuum I would be somewhere in the middle, but when it comes down to it, I am a self-proclaimed Republican, that leans so far Libertarian that I almost fell out of the Republican Party. There is so much in the platform of the Republican Party currently that I cannot agree with, which is why I almost fell out. But with this current political system the way it is, almost no person cannot afford to be a part of one of the two major parties, but that is for another post. And while we are on the topic of other posts, lets lay out my plan for this blog.
“So Matthew, what is your plan!” -Everyone reading this post.
While that last quote is most likely the farthest from what you the reader are thinking right now, but I digress. My plan is pretty simple, make blog posts, post them, you read them. But a more in-depth look at my plan is probably needed. I am looking to make at least one blog post a week, but I am sure that I will run out of ideas to blog about before Christmas, and its only a couple days before Halloween, so I will play it by ear. I might post three times in one week, or once in three weeks, it just depends on what is happening. I will keep you updated with any decision I make on blog posts, but this seems like a good place to stop my sort of “Introduction Post”. Let me leave you with this.
